María José Arrau Rosales
External Communications Consultant
María José is Journalist with a License Degree in Social Communications from the Diego Portales University.
She did her journalist internship in UNICEF Chile. Later, she joined the opening process of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Santiago, where she started her career in the Food and Beverage area, becoming Public Relations Coordinator of this hotel.
She worked in KO2 for Microsoft, specifically in the Social Responsibility area of this company. She was also part of the relationship project with opinion leaders for the launch of Windows Vista.
Her experience in the hospitality industry took her to the Head of Marketing and Public Relations of InterContinental Hotel in Santiago, where she continued her expertise in the tourism area, with special emphasis in the quality of service and clients level of satisfaction.
Before she became part of Hill & Knowlton Captiva, she was the Public Relations Manager of Monticello Grand Casino and Entertainment World, during its pre-opening and opening process for the period of the first stage of this project: the gaming casino.
María José is Hill & Knowlton Captiva’s External Communications Consultant since June 1, 2009.
